Production Assistant/Customer Service

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize computer systems and software to track customer interactions and update customer records - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of fabricating, assembling, and using hand tools and power tools is a plus - Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is beneficial - Mechanical knowledge or experience is an advantage - Experience operating a forklift is desirable Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively - Attention to detail to accurately process orders and maintain customer records - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within the company.
