Production / Delivery Team Member

Mattress Mill is a local, family oriented company right here in Bozeman.
We provide a clean, temperature controlled work environment.
We are looking to add a Production and Delivery Team Member to our team.
This job entails production / manufacturing work, as well as delivery responsibilities to Bozeman and surrounding areas.
Wage: $26-$28 pending experience Full Time (30+ per week), Over Time rarely exceeds 50 Hours a week.
Average 38-50 hours a week.
Responsibilities: * Working in the warehouse in production; mattress & box spring building * Delivery team member * Work (2) Saturday's on a monthly rotation * Learn and use unique industry software Traits that we are looking for: * Must be at least 18 years old * Software/computer intuitive * Natural orientation toward accuracy, while maintaining speed * Able to work independently in detail-orientated, fast paced environment * Ability to exercise good customer service and people skills * Reliable, careful with product and surroundings * Respectful, mindful of others * Valid drivers license with good driving record * Able to lift 80 lbs+ Full Time Benefits: * Heath, Dental, and Vision @ 60 days * 401K @ 90 days * Paid 40 hours vacation and 40 hours sick/personal each year.
Vacation time increases past 1 year of employment.
