$1,000 / 2br - Private room for rent (Bozeman)

My partner and I are looking for a roommate starting early to mid February for a private room in a house.
We have an outside garage for storage, a basement, washer/dryer in house, and a quiet downstairs neighbor.
It's a great location, just 3 blocks from downtown and 7th -- but also in a quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors.
My partner and I are in our early-30's and despite having a cat and a puppy living here, our house stays clean (no more pets, sorry).
We like to cook and are generally in bed by 10/up around 6 to take care of the puppy.
We're looking for a young professional with references and we're open to short- or long-term renters.
Internet is included and we'll split the utilities with you.
Bonus points if you climb/ice climb! Currently has a bed and a dresser as furnishing, but those can be removed if preferred.
