$3,000 Need roomate for 3 bed 2.5 bath

Hello, my friend and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to jump in on a 3bed 2.
5 bath house.
We’re trying to keep rent less than $3000 and have multiple applications in.
He’s a 30m and I’m a 24m, both live very active lifestyles.
We aren’t partiers and work early, so loud night owls aren’t ideal.
There’s also a heavy emphasis on clean common areas.
Ideally we’d take the 2 small rooms so you’d have a master and bathroom to yourself.
