we have a very nicely & cleanly furnished room in our centrally located home.
The household was established 10 years ago this month & the room available is offered on a month-to-month basis for a Long/short, flexible, or indefinite time period, with only a 30 days notice required.
A Room will be Available April 7th
The room is 18x12 & has a twin over full bunk bed with lots of space in between the two, love seat hide-a-bed, 2 LARGE windows, multiple dressers & cabinets, desk, coffee table & sitting chair, 55' TV with Roku (can be removed if it's not your thing), computer monitor 🖥️ & an 8' long closet area.
The pictures don't show some of these things that have been added recently.
The home is well suited to those seeking an Extremely Reliably Clean Quiet Home to Relax, decompress, recharge your batteries, work/study, enjoy good conversation or a shared meal.
Rent includes absolutely
ALL !! household supplies, utilities, cleaning of common areas & ALL other costs.
Rent is all you pay period.
The house is located on a quiet residential street very centrally located with three full-size grocery stores & way too many businesses & restaurants within 3/4 blocks to list.
We have an 89 out of 100 bike score on FB.
In the front yard there is a fire pit, some Adirondacks and a hammock.
There is also paddle boards, kayaks & both town & full suspension mountain bikes for housemates to use, & very often someone to accompany you if you like on outdoor adventures.
The home is well furnished, filled with plants and art & the kitchen is very well & fully equipped with everything from espresso machine to waffle makers and everything in between.
You can walk inside the grocery store behind us in 3 to 4 minutes.
The campus is 3/4 blocks, and downtown is a 5 min.
drive away.
To keep things simple & uncomplicated like the flat rate I myself care extremely reliably for & provide ALL the cleaning of common areas, supplying of a long list of basic necessities & a list of basic food items, as well as All maintenance of the house shoveling, garbage etc etc so given all those benefits reliably cleaning up after yourself is expected & thus the place stays **Really Clean**
We also have sensible solutions to common problems that don't exist in our home like dirty dishes in the sink, nor do we have militant rules about cleaning everything you use as soon as you use it --> the dirty dish bin next to the sinks solves that problem perfectly.
The house is ALWAYS kept fully stocked & with ALL Natural products in the kitchen & bathroom.
There are 2 full sized refrigerators for the maximum 4 total residents which means half of one is all yours.
We also have a washer\dryer.
Everyone is & has always been on entirely different schedules which also often includes being out of town so sharing the bathroom has never been a problem, & neither is parking as there is always ample space.
**WE DO NOT ALLOW MOST CHEMICALLY FRAGRANCED PRODUCTS IN THE HOUSE**
Products like Febreeze, dryer sheets, Axe\Old spice ETC.
type hygiene products that are loaded with the stench of cheap cologne/perfume Toxic health & ecosystem harming chemicals .

we don't Live in & Love🌲🌾Montana🏞️ to do so incessantly saturated in chemicals.
We're not totally militant about it as some products serve a very specific purpose for people, or do not impact the entire household when used.
To make things convenient &/or an easy adjustment there is Always High Quality
All NATURAL ---> laundry detergent, 5+ Natural body wash dispenser's, shampoos & conditioners {Alba™} Along with towels linens/bedding & all other basic necessities which are Always at hand if you wish to use them & are included like Every-Thing else.
S😔rry to say but unfortunately we can not have dogs or cats &
the house lacks a garage, basement or other space for the storage of large items.
We do however have convenient secured storage for bikes, winter sports gear etc.
as well as an off-site storage for things that don't need to be regularly accessed.
